RCB skipper Virat Kohli is back to the cricketing ground after a month-long break ahead of the Indian Premier League (IPL) season 11. The IPL 2018 is set to begin on April 7 while RCB will travel to Kolkata to take on Kolkata Knight Riders at Eden Gardens on April 8. Kohli had a brilliant tour of South Africa where he scored a total of 871 runs across the three Tests, six ODIs and two T20Is (he did not play the third T20I). He did not go to Sri Lanka for the Nidahas Trophy and he has now returned to training with the IPL around the corner.
In an intense training session with RCB, Kohli can be seen running some hard yards. Kohli has always stressed on need for impeccable fitness standards and he has set extremely high standards for not just the Indian dressing room but world cricket.
Earlier, Kohli took to Instagram to share a photo from his personal training session that showed he was in the groove even when he was not on the playing ground. Kohli in his time off has been doing all his promotional activity and also focusing on some grooming and has been a regular on social media. Earlier this month, Kohli posted a photo of his latest hairstyle. Before that, he was also seen in a tattoo parlour, where he went for consultations regarding a new tattoo on his arm.
