New Delhi: Virat Kohli, the captain of the Indian cricket team, takes the right step on most occasions, recently, Kohli has described a decision he took as the best, because it made him feel more excited than before. The main reason for this was the excess of acid in my stomach.

He said that, even though I was taking sufficient amount of calcium, magnesium, everything, only one tablet was not enough for my body. So my stomach started pulling calcium from my bones, and my bones started to weaken. That's why I completely stopped eating meat in the middle of my tour of England to reduce my uric acid and acidity. "He said that it has been 2 years now and I am feeling much more energetic than before .
