Chinese smartphone giant Vivo is going to launch an entry-level smartphone with powerful features in the Indian market. According to a tech website report, the company is likely to launch its Vivo Y90 smartphone with 2 GB of RAM and 16 GB of internal storage. Some specifications of the smartphone have also been leaked and are said to be in two variants. The second variant of the device can be 2 GB of RAM and 32 GB of internal storage.
Tipster Ishaan Agarwal has shared some photos of the Vivo Y90, which reveals its design and key specifications. The device appears to be with a waterdrop notch display. The new Vivo smartphone could rival the Realme C2, Redmi 7 and Realme 3i in the budget segment itself. According to reports, the device can be launched with a price tag of Rs 6,990.
According to the latest leaks, the Vivo Y90 smartphone will come with a 6.22-inch helio Fullview display and hd+ resolution. The smartphone is expected to be a 64-bit Quad-Core MediaTek Helio A22 processor. According to reports, two variants of it can be launched. Both will have 2 GB of RAM but the internal storage can be given 16 GB and 32 GB separately. The rear panel features an 8-megapixel primary camera on the top left corner.
For your information, the Vivo Y90 can get a 5-megapixel front camera for selfies. It has been revealed that the device will get Funtouch OS 4.5, which will be based on Android 8.1 Oreo instead of Android 9 Pie. For long backups, the device can have a 4,030mAh battery, which comes with 10W standard micro-USB charging. Currently, the launch date has not been confirmed officially yet, but reports suggest that the Vivo Y90 could be launched this month.
