Vodafone India launched the first free-WiFi bus shelter in Noida's Sector-18 on Friday. Bus Shelter was inaugurated by Alok Verma, business head of Vodafone Delhi-NCR. World boxing championship-2013 bronze medalist Gaurav Bidhri was also present on this occasion. Consumers can take advantage of complimentary WiFi for up to 20 minutes daily by free-WiFi bus shelter for up to 20 minutes. Under this unique offer of Vodafone, consumers of any Indian telecom operator can avail this service. 

Vodafone's contribution in creating smartness

Regarding this digital innovation, Verma said, "Vodafone wants to make NOIDA its entirety in making smartness. We are happy that we are providing world-class internet services to city citizens. We will create such a Connected Society connected to the network, where citizens can stay connected with each other." 

Cashback on 4G smartphones, 
To make the Internet service available at cheaper affordable rates, Vodafone, along with smartphone maker Micromax, is offering huge cashback on the purchase of some selected 4G handsets. Prior to this, Vodafone has given such cashback on the India Ultra 2 handset, after which the affected price of the phone will be Rs 999.
