In this ranking of 21 cities, Mumbai, the financial capital of the country, is at the first place, while the national capital Delhi, which is facing severe pollution these days, is at the 21st position. Hyderabad ranks second in this ranking released by Union Consumer Affairs Minister Ram Vilas Paswan. Bhubaneswar, Ranchi, Raipur, Amravati, Shimla, Chandigarh, Trivandrum and Patna are in the top 10. Delhi ranks last in the list of 21 cities. Water from Jaipur, Dehradun, Chennai, Kolkata is also better than Delhi. On this occasion, Ram Vilas Paswan said that our effort is to give clean water to the people.
