Today's famous movie director Arun Prasad was always in discussions for his films and talks. But on Friday morning, young Tamil director AV Arun Prasath passed away. Avi Arun Prasad lost his life in a road accident at Mettupalayam near Coimbatore. There is no update about where he was going between the lockdowns.

Arun Prasad made his directorial debut with GV Prakash and Gayatri Suresh starrer film '4G'. He had worked hard on this film for almost two years but still it did not perform very well. In South Industry, Arun was also known as Venkat Pakkar. Arun worked as an assistant director with Legendary Director Shankar.
