Weather dept predicts rainfall in Uttar Pradesh, Haryana, and Kashmir

New Delhi: Heat has been rising in many parts of the country for the past few days. However, the weather in the country's capital Delhi had become pleasant after light rain the past two days ago. According to information released by the Met department, rain may occur in some parts of Uttar Pradesh and Haryana in the next two hours.

According to the Met department, Kurukshetra, Barwala, Rajound, Kaithal, Asandh, Yamunanagar, karnal in Haryana may receive rain during the next 2 hours. In Uttar Pradesh, light rain is likely to occur in Shamli, Saharanpur, Deoband, and adjoining areas. At the same time, according to the department, light rain may occur at different places in Siddhamukh in Rajasthan for the last 2 hours.  According to Met. department forecast, western disturbances may affect the northwestern region of India from April 20 to 22, 2021.

Due to which light to moderate rain is likely to occur in the western Himalayan region. On April 21, 2021, heavy rain may occur in the Kashmir Valley. People in Delhi are currently reeling under the heat. Today, the maximum temperature in the state has been recorded at 36 degrees, while the minimum temperature was recorded at 19 degrees. Dust storms and storms are likely to prevail in Delhi today. On April 21, the state may be cloudy and light lying, however, the weather in the state is likely to remain clear for the next few days.
