Shimla: First cold now heat but once again the weather in Himachal is going to deteriorate. It is being speculated that warning of heavy rain and snowfall has been issued in the state on March 5 and 6. The weather is forecast to be bad in the state till March 7. The weather remained clear in most parts of the state including the capital Shimla on Tuesday. Director of Meteorological Center, Shimla, Dr. Manmohan Singh has told that with the activation of Western Disturbance, the weather is likely to change from March 4.

According to the meteorological department, on March 5, a yellow alert has been issued for hail, hailstorm for Una, Bilaspur, Hamirpur, Kangra, and Sirmaur districts. Hail storms have been issued for Bilaspur and Kullu on March 6, while orange alert of heavy rain-snowfall has been issued for Chamba, Kangra, Mandi, Shimla, and Solan.
