Recently the India Meteorological Department (IMD) has informed that there will be no increase in temperature for the next 6-7 days.

At the same time, IMD scientist R K Jenamani says that it will rain in Delhi tomorrow i.e. on May 3. At the same time, Jenamani said that except for some parts of western Rajasthan and Vidarbha in Maharashtra, no part of the country is likely to experience a heatwave for the next four days. Apart from this, the Met Office also said that light rain with dust storms, thunderstorms and wind speeds reaching 50 kmph is likely to occur over Punjab, Haryana, Delhi, Uttar Pradesh and Rajasthan during the next three days. At the same time, heatwave conditions are likely to prevail in Vidarbha, Madhya Pradesh, Chhattisgarh, Telangana and some parts of western Rajasthan. At the same time, the IMD in a statement also said, "In many parts of northwest India, the maximum temperature is likely to drop by three to four degrees Celsius in a day or two. ’

Also due to low rainfall due to weak western disturbances, northwest and central India experienced the warmest April in 122 years, where the average maximum temperature was recorded at 35.9 degrees Celsius and 37.78 degrees Celsius respectively. Several places in the country recorded the highest ever temperature in the month of April, as the mercury touched 46-47 degrees Celsius under the influence of intense heat.
