Mumbai: Casting couch is the disgusting reality of Bollywood where actresses are treated obscenely on the pretext of giving work. Preeti Sood, the actress of the controversial web series 'Aashram,' has opened up about her bitter experiences. She revealed about the casting couch and said that when she went to the film director for work, she had asked her to show cleavage and wear clothes that exposed her Thighs.

Preeti said, 'I couldn't believe my ears when I heard all this and left.' The Aashram series was directed by noted director Prakash Jha. Preeti shared her experiences in an interview. The actress said, ''Someone used to call me old during auditions, someone used to say That I am not made for this film. At the end of the film, I was thrown out saying that I was more beautiful than the lead actress.''

Talking about coming to films, Preeti said, "I come from a small town where parents get girls married at my age. So when I told him that I had to pursue a career in films, they did not agree to it. This is because people in small places think that you should settle down by doing a teacher or other government job, eat homemade bread and go out.''
