New Delhi: The Winter Session of Parliament is set to begin on November 29. However, the meetings of opposition leaders have already begun. As per the recent information received, West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee is scheduled to arrive in Delhi on a three-day visit just before the winter session. Mamata Banerjee is scheduled to stay in Delhi from November 22 to November 25.

Mamata is said to be meeting several senior opposition leaders including PM Modi and Home Minister Amit Shah on the visit. Mamata is said to meet BJP MP Varun Gandhi in Delhi. Mamata had earlier come to Delhi in June after registering a victory in May. She had met senior leaders like Congress President Sonia Gandhi, Kamal Nath and Anand Sharma here. During her visit in June, she had said, "The opposition in the upcoming Lok Sabha will be stronger than the BJP this time. She had also claimed that the opposition would create a history in the 2024 Lok Sabha elections''. 

At that time, CM Mamata Banerjee had said, "This time the Lok Sabha election will be Modi versus the country''. Now, even in this meeting, she can meet leaders of parties like Congress, SP, BSP. Now, some media reports say that Varun Gandhi may quit BJP and join TMC in the coming days.
