Terrorism is a term which is of many types such as political terrorism, religious terrorism, economic terrorism, and this includes Eco-Terrorism i.e. Environmental Terrorism. Environmental terrorism is an issue that very few people talk about, but this issue is the most important issue in today's times. If we avoid or shy away from talking about this issue, it will only give a painful end to our future generation and nothing else.
Nowadays people are using the environment for political reasons. Violence against the environment, that is, nature, is on the rise and we have to take steps to stop it. If we don't speak, there will be a day when there will be nothing on this earth, no trees, no animals, no us!
What is environmental terrorism- Eco-terrorism is called environmental terrorism which has resistance to the destruction of the natural environment and deliberately damages the natural world. Terrorism in which only nature is harmed, sometimes by fire and sometimes by something else. For example, during the 1991 Gulf War, Saddam Hussein ordered the blast of more than 1,000 oil wells and smoked Kuwait. In this way, they deliberately worked to harm the environment and this is what is known as environmental terrorism.
How The Environment Is At Risk- When it comes to certified compostable products, they are decomposed in just 90 days, but you hardly know that non-compostable things like plastic take the most time to be decomposed and they cause the most damage to the environment. When it comes to a plastic bottle, it takes 70 to 450 years to decompose. That is, you will die by the time it is decomposed, and it will push your future generations to death in a way. Now, if we talk about plastic bags, it takes 500 to 1000 years to decompose them and it is also a kind of environmental terrorism. When it comes to tin cans, it takes up to 50 years to decompose completely and you can understand how important it is to ban these things today and how fast environmental terrorism is spreading.
Five Stars and other hotels produce about 4 lakh water bottles of garbage out every day and you can understand by yourself how many years it can take to decompose. In our country of India, garbage and leakage of leachates (liquids from the rotting of dump garbage) are causing cancer.
We Have To Become The Means Of Eliminating Environmental Terrorism- Nowadays people do not respond or take any steps to eliminate environmental terrorism despite knowing about it. Nowadays, the person wants to just get his work done, there is no point in the rest of the world! But we have to think and we have to eradicate environmental terrorism. We have to take care of everything from not using plastic to everything in nature. Plants have to be taken care of because if we don't do it, there will be a time when there will be only death everywhere and we will only be responsible for that situation because of our faults, and we will not be able to do anything. There are some people in the world who are harming trees and everything in nature only for their own benefit. While someone is setting fire to trees, someone is destroying wells for their own benefit, smoke from factories is also putting the environment in trouble. If this continues, we can't imagine what will happen next! Gradually, the world is dying and we have to take steps to save it. As soon as we take steps, we have to motivate our future generations also to grow and save nature and educate them to understand and eradicate environmental terrorism.
