According to the information, Android version 2.3.6 will no longer support instant messaging service on smartphones with Gingerbread and iOS 8 or below operating systems. On smartphones with these operating systems, users will neither be able to install the app nor create a new account. If you are also using the instant messaging service on the smartphones that come with these operating systems, then you have to upgrade to the new operating system Android version 4.0.3 or above or the instant messaging to the new smartphones with the upgraded operating system.
