Instant multimedia messaging app WhatsApp is full of fake news. To prevent this, the company releases a new feature every few days, but despite this, the trend of fake news on WhatsApp continues to grow. During the transition, there has been a huge increase in WhatsApp traffic due to information exchange and video calling, but in the meantime, some thugs have also become active to defraud people.

A new scam is running through WhatsApp, under which users are being asked for the verification code of their account. WhatsApp's website tracking WABetaInfo has given this information in its blog. The blog states that WhatsApp never asks for data and verification code by any users. So in such a situation, you need to be cautious, otherwise, the hacker sitting in another country with your number will use WhatsApp and your WhatsApp account will be closed.

A user named Navarro received a message from an unknown number in which the hacker asked him for a six-digit code for WhatsApp account verification. This is the same code that comes in the form of SMS on the user's mobile number for verification while creating an account on WhatsApp. The hacker claimed to have the technical support of WhatsF. It is amazing that the hacker has used WhatsApp logo in his DP to mislead people.
