Most people think Rishi Kapoor's first movie was 'Mera Naam Joker' but it was not so. Rishi Kapoor worked as a child artist in the movie 'Shri 420'. The famous song from the movie was 'Pyaar Hua Ikrar Hua' which filmed the romance between Raj Kapoor and Nargis. Born on September 4, Rishi Kapoor gave more than one superhit film in his 50-year film career. He had won big awards including the National Film Award and film fare in the early days of his career. After marriage, their first child was born on September 15, 1980. Daughter Riddhima Kapoor Sahni was born to her house but it was a difficult pregnancy time for Neetu. This was revealed by Rishi Kapoor himself in his biography 'Khullam Khulla'.

Rishi Kapoor in his biography said that there were many ups and downs in his life as well. His hopes were high when his debut film Bobby proved to be a super hit. But he was upset when the rest of the films flopped. Then she was neetu kapoor pregnant and was upset because the films flopped and gradually started going into depression as the movie flopped. After which Rishi Kapoor started blaming Neetu for his failures which strained the relationship between the two.
