Durg: A strange incident is coming to light from the Durg district of Chhattisgarh, in which a high voltage drama of a man who came to take his wife was seen. When the father-in-law refused to send his daughter, the man climbed the tower of the high tension line. The man from there threatened to commit suicide. The incident reminded one of Dharmendra's role in the film Sholay.

Even after many hours of persuasion, the man did not come down. The father-in-law said to send the daughter when the man got down from the 70 feet tower. Police of Old Bhilai police station were also present on the spot. TI Manish Sharma explained to both sides, after which the matter calmed down. According to the news received, Horilal Pardhi (30 years), a resident of village Devgaon, Kharora district-Raipur, had come to his in-laws' house in Ganiari Bhilai-3 to take his wife. He asked his father-in-law to send his wife. His father-in-law did not listen to him and refused to send his daughter. There was a fight between the father-in-law and the son-in-law. Horilal got angry and left the house and climbed the tower of the high tension line of Ganiari. The current was also flowing on the high tension line. Locals informed Bhilai-III police.

According to the police, his wife had come to her maternal home to celebrate Teej. Since then, she had not returned to her in-laws' house. When his wife did not return to her in-laws' house even after constant calls, Horilal Pardhi himself came to Ganiari on Tuesday. On the news of the daughter being assaulted, her father refused to send her. The man then climbed the tower. A meeting of the society was also held, after which, he returned to Kharora with his wife.
