Hyderabad: A shocking incident has come to light from Hyderabad where a 31-year-old woman got the anchor of a TV music channel kidnapped by hired goons to get married. The woman has been identified as Bhogireddy Trisha. He is a director in 5 startup companies. Anchor Pranav was kidnapped on 11 February 2024. Later he was beaten and released. Police arrested Trisha on 22 February. 4 kidnappers have also been caught.

According to reports, about 2 years ago Trisha had seen Pranav's profile on a matrimonial website. After that, he started chatting. Interestingly, this profile was created by some unknown person by putting Pranav's picture. He also allegedly took Rs 40 lakh for investment, promising good returns. After receiving the money, he started ignoring Trisha and then realized the fraud.

According to reports, the incident took place in Uppal police station area of ​​Hyderabad. Trisha, who works in digital marketing, started searching for anchor Pranav after being cheated. After getting Pranav's number she contacted him. Pranav talked about filing a case in the cyber crime police station regarding his fake profile. But the woman started sending messages to Pranav continuously. After ignoring it for some time, Pranav blocked the woman's number. She got angry due to this. She wanted to marry Pranav at any cost. To keep an eye on him, Trisha installed a tracking device in his car.

Thereafter, on February 11, the woman sent 4 goons and got Pranav kidnapped. Pranav was picked up and taken to Trisha's office. Here he was beaten. Due to fear of being beaten, Pranav assured to continue the discussion with the woman in future. Then he was released. After coming out, Pranav lodged a complaint at Uppal police station. On February 22, the police arrested Bhogireddy Trisha and her four associates involved in the kidnapping. Action has been taken against all of them under sections 363, 341 and 342 of IPC. The matter is being investigated.
