It is being told that his name has come in this entire case due to Vihang, son of Shiv Sena leader Pratap Sarnaik.

The ED raided Sarnaik's Thane house in the month of November last year. During that time Vihang was called for questioning. During that time, Vihang was also questioned about the money transaction between Topps Group and Sarnaik.
