New Delhi: Four convicts of Nirbhaya gang rape and murder case Pawan, Vinay, Mukesh, and Akshay were finally hanged in Tihar Jail on 20 March. Nirbhaya got justice, but AP Singh, the lawyer for the convicts, fought for a few hours before hanging to save his life and knocked the court at midnight. In such a situation, everyone would like to know who is AP Singh who is going to be a lifeguard for the culprits for 7 years and has made all the legal bets to prevent them from reaching the hanging.

Even after the death warrant issued three times against Nirbhaya's culprits, AP Singh came into the limelight after avoiding legal stakes and his deficiencies by hanging them three times with weapons. AP Singh i.e. Ajay Prakash Singh is originally a resident of Uttar Pradesh and advocates in the capital Delhi. He was fighting the case of the guilty of Nirbhaya for the last seven years. His entire family also lives in Delhi.

AP Singh came into the limelight in 2013 when no lawyer in Delhi refused to contest the case of Nirbhaya's culprits. After this, AP Singh appeared and he decided to fight the case in the court in favor of the culprits. He faced reprimand and fine several times in this case from the lower court to the top court. AP Singh has studied law from Lucknow University. He also has a doctorate degree in law from this university. AP Singh started advocating in the top court in the year 1997 and now he is counted among senior lawyers.
