Ahmedabad: The number of people who died of corona infection in Gujarat has reached 151. It has the highest number of 104 from Ahmedabad. It is being told that the virus spread in Gujarat has a direct connection to Wuhan. L-type strain of this virus is being attributed to high mortality rate due to corona in Gujarat.
A plurality of L-shaped viruses was also found in Wuhan city of China. The L-strain virus is more deadly than the S strain virus. A scientist from Gujarat Biotechnology Research Center has also confirmed the infection of L strain virus in the state. Gujarat Health Secretary Jayanthi Ravi has said that research has been done on patients whose health is decreasing or whose life is lost in Gujarat. L-strain viruses have been found in them, which are more dangerous.
Due to L-strain virus, there was catastrophe in Wuhan, China. It is being told that there are more cases of L-strain virus in America too. Coronavirus infection has spread in Gujarat only from America. In such a situation, this may be a major reason behind the high death rate in the state.
