Association of Unaided CBSE Schools has once again demanded for the schools to be fully opened. Association president Anil Dhupar said all the business institutions and markets have opened in the city, except schools. "City buses are plying as usual, cinemas have opened, so why schools are being run only for classes above ninth?" he said.

He added that even for running regular classes for higher secondary school students and high school students, i.e. classes 9th to 12th, stringent rules have been enforced on schools by district administration. "Under these rules, it is becoming difficult to operate schools at all," Dhupar said. He added that children's education level and knowledge is deteriorating in the lack of proper education system and regular physical classes.

"This has also been revealed in many surveys and studies all over the world," Dhupar said. He added middle and primary schools have also reopened in many other states. "In such a situation, the government should also consider it in MP," Dhupar said. He demanded that the government allows physical classes for middle school, i.e. classes sixth to eighth. Further, physical regular classes without restrictions should commence for all the classes starting new academic session from April 1, 2021, said Dhupar. "

Online education and virtual classes should come to a complete end; buses should be allowed to run at full capacity; schools should also get approval for re-opening of hostels; and the exams of 9th and 11th should be done offline," Dhupar said.
