Today is the death anniversary of actress Jiah Khan, who made her Bollywood debut with the film Nirshabd. Jiah Khan was born on February 20, 1988 in New York City. Her father's name was Rizvi Khan. She was an American citizen of Indian origin, while her mother Rabia Amin has acted in Hindi films. Jiah made her Bollywood debut in 2007 with "Nishabd".
Jiah impressed the audience with her bold character and her acting in this film. After this, Jiah played an important role in the Aamir Khan-Asin starrer film 'Ghajini' in 2008. Apart from this, she has also played an important role in the film 'Housefull' with Akshay Kumar in 2010.
Jiah Khan committed suicide by hanging herself at her home on June 3, 2013. The entire Bollywood world was shocked by the sudden suicide of Jiah Khan. Jiah, who was living with her mother on the first floor of Sagar Sangeet Apartment in Juhu, was alone at home when she committed suicide.
The mystery of Jiah's death has not been solved yet. On the other hand, Jiah's mother Rabia Khan had accused actor Aditya Pancholi's son Sooraj Pancholi of killing her daughter. But recently Sooraj has been acquitted in Jiah Khan's case.
