Lucknow: Today is a big day for the party's MLA Azam Khan amidst the infighting in the Samajwadi Party (SP). The bail application of MLA Azam Khan is going to be heard in Allahabad High Court today. If Azam Khan gets relief in this case, then he will be out of jail. Earlier, Azam Khan has got bail in 71 cases. Let us inform that after the decision is secured, now the matter is being heard again. The hearing will be held in the High Court at 3.30 pm today.

In this case, Azam Khan is accused of wrongfully occupying enemy property. It is alleged that Azam captured enemy property and mixed it with Jauhar University. After the completion of the hearing on 4 December 2021, the court had reserved its decision. After this, the Yogi government of the state had given an application and demanded to present some new facts. After this, now the court is hearing the matter again. Today a single bench of Justice Rahul Chaturvedi will hear this.

Please tell that Azam Khan is currently lodged in Sitapur Jail. These days, there are reports that he is angry with SP chief Akhilesh Yadav. Akhilesh Yadav and SP are alleging that in the last two years, proper voice was not raised for the release of Azam Khan. In the past, some representatives of SP had reached the jail to meet Azam Khan, but Azam did not meet him. At the same time, Azam Khan had agreed to meet Shivpal Yadav and Congress leader Pramod Krishnam in jail itself. Shivpal Yadav also took a jibe at Akhilesh Yadav after meeting Azam and said that voice was not raised for Azam.
