Islamabad: The trial in Pakistan's Supreme Court has been completed amid the political crisis. The apex court will give its verdict at 8 pm tonight. In the Supreme Court, the Election Commission of Pakistan has responded to the President's letter. The Election Commission has said that the commission has agreed to hold the elections in October 2022. According to the Constitution and the law, it will take another 4 months for delimitation. After this, the supreme court said that a meeting should be convened with the President for an important consultation on the general election. 

The hearing was taking place on a petition filed against the deputy speaker's order rejecting the no-confidence motion against the Imran government. Soon after, Pakistan's parliament was also dissolved and there was a demand to hold elections within 90 days. Pakistan's opposition leader Shahbaz Sharif said Imran's government was on 174 votes, we have 177 members. 

"We will restore the Constitution and shed our blood and sweat for the people. I will not make any political allegations, I still say today that sign the charter of the economy.'' Shahbaz Sharif said that for parliament to do its job, members of parliament should be allowed to decide. "If people are hungry, how can the country be called the Pakistan of Quaid Azam?''
