After which a video of a woman beating Zomato's food delivery boy with shoes started going viral on social media. After the video went viral, people also appealed for action against the woman. This video going viral on social media is being said to be from August 16. The video was posted on Twitter by a Twitter user named DJ. The person who posted the video claimed that the delivery boy was carrying her order. A video has also been recorded by a person living in the neighbourhood. The post said the woman took orders from him and started hitting him with her shoes.
The person who posted the video called customer care and also informed about the incident, but they have asked the food delivery boy to contact his superiors. It also said that the delivery partner continues to fear losing his job. He also tried to speak to customer care but they did not know the Kannada language. Also, he feared losing his job, said the person who posted the video.

The user has not mentioned the location where the incident took place. People are demanding action against the woman in this video. After learning about the incident, a user called up Zomato customer care and asked if action had been taken against the woman. He also tried to find out why this woman was behaving like this.
