New Delhi: Signity Technologies, the world's top provider of AI and IP driven digital assurance and engineering services, is committed to recognizing and advancing women in leadership positions in the technology industry.

Cigniti intends to increase its impact in the tech sector by empowering women from all backgrounds to mark International Women's Day in 2023.

The company is undertaking several initiatives including 'Women in Tech-Roundtable', 'HerDigital Story' and 'Enabling Essential Healthcare Facilities'.

Apart from Diversity & Inclusion (D&I), aspiring professionals from rural areas, and underprivileged women in need of basic healthcare facilities, Signity has organized events specifically for women in tech.

The main goal of the roundtable will be to spread the idea of "Innovation and Technology for Gender Equality" throughout the society. Women in IT leaders will discuss relevant issues in this session.

The relationship between technology and digital literacy and gender equality, the gender gap in the tech industry, and how to make technology more accessible to women.

The session will be moderated by Sirisha Payeti, SVP, Head of Solutions - Digital Engineering Services, Signity and led by some of the most respected women leaders in the IT industry.
