At a time when deadly corona infection is damaging our lungs and leading us to death, despair, it becomes even more important that we take some important steps to maintain our health.

Strong will power is essential:-
Tobacco users have a very strong desire. So, when someone decides to quit, first of all, you should prepare yourself and stick to it that you have to get rid of smoking. In that case, your strong will power will help you. The stronger the willpower, the easier it will be to reach the objective. Don't change your decision and stick to it firmly.

Also, once the mind makes up its mind to leave, the next step is to set a date. Set the date when you will get rid of the habit of smoking completely. For example, a person who smokes too much can set a date two months away. Reduce the number of cigarettes every day or within a certain period of days and keep the number of cigarettes minimum or zero till the last week. Setting a day to get rid of the habit completely will gradually help the person to reduce smoking and reach the goal in an organized manner.
