We all have felt alone and bored, didn't we? There have been times when we didn’t know what to do with ourselves and would stare blankly at corners of walls. The television has kept us all sane whether it’s watching those overly dramatic, loud saas-bahu tv serials or binge-watching a new series on the smart tv.

Tv gives us comfort on those lonely, quiet nights and is an entertaining company. During this lockdown, when we were stuck at home and were not allowed to socialize or go out, it was only the idiot box that gave us warmth and comfort.

1. Classics

From watching Soorvanshyam numerous times on TV, we all have felt at peace and have loved the idea of it playing in the background while we work from home.

2. The re-run of old serials

Actors recently are being unable to shoot during the pandemic, old episodes and serials started airing on various TV channels. These shows brought back old memories.

3. Binge-watching web series

Surely, binge-watching new series has helped us the most during the pandemic. The shows kept us hooked throughout.

4. Cartoons

We all have watched cartoons as a child, and have undoubtedly stopped at a certain channel, which is showing our favorite cartoon to relive the old times.
