The latest reports have revealed that Shalini has filed a case under the Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act seeking compensation of Rs 10 crore and has also leveled serious allegations against the singer and his father. On the other hand, his lawyers told Magistrate Tanya Singh in court, "Shalini is depressed and takes medicine due to mental abuse.'' At the same time, in her petition, Shalini Talwar has alleged that her husband has relationships with many several women, does not wear his wedding ring, and kills her for releasing wedding pictures.'' At the same time, Shalini Talwar also says, 'My father-in-law has also misbehaved with me. Once my father-in-law also entered my room in a state of alcohol, that too when I was changing clothes, then he started rubbing my chest.'

Shalini also says she has evidence to prove domestic violence. At the same time, she has requested the court to issue an order against the singer under the Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, 2005. In fact, Shalini Talwar demanded direction from the court to ask her husband to pay Rs 10 crore as interim compensation for domestic violence.
