In today's time, due to a poor lifestyle, the problem of high blood pressure i.e. high BP has become very common. In such a situation, young people are also falling prey to it. By the way, BP can increase due to many reasons. This list includes strange lifestyle, family history, age, kidney disease, obesity, not exercising. But if you have become more a victim of it now and you have started to have BP high then you can control it. Actually, there is some yoga for this that you have to do and today we are going to tell you about them.  

Control high BP (yoga poses to control high bp)

Balasana (Balasana/Child's pose) - By doing this asana, bp is balanced. For Balasana, first of all, sit in vajrasana on the yoga mat. After this, take a breath and move both hands over the head. Now exhale and lean forward and rest the palms and forehead on the ground. Keep in mind that during this time, take care of the breathing.

Virasana (Virasana/Hero Pose) - To perform this asana, sit on your knees on the ground. Keep your hands on your knees. Bring your hips right in the middle of the ankles and reduce the distance between the knees. Pull your navel inward. Stay in this pose for a while, then relax.

Shavasana (Shavasana/Corpse Pose) - To do this easy, lie on your back on the yoga mat and close your eyes. Then stretch out your legs. Relax your feet. Keep your hands on the side of the body without touching them. Stretch out the palms. Relax your entire body. Take a slow and deep breath. Stay in this pose for a while.
