Lucknow: Uttar Pradesh CM Yogi Adityanath has concluded his two-day visit to Delhi and returned to Lucknow on Monday. During his two-day visit to Delhi, CM Yogi held discussions with party veterans including PM Narendra Modi and Union Home Minister Amit Shah in New Delhi.

Adityanath, who is reportedly preparing to take oath for the second consecutive term as CM, discussed issues related to government formation during talks with the party leadership, after which he attended the UP BJP core committee meeting in Lucknow. In fact, the meeting held at CM Yogi's official 5 KD Marg residence in the capital Lucknow was attended by senior party leaders, including BJP vice-president Radha Mohan Singh, UP BJP chief Swatantra Dev Singh and state general secretary (organisation) Sunil Bansal. 

The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) has returned to power with a two-thirds majority, demolishing a 37-year-old record, after which this was the first core committee meeting of the UP BJP.
