Lucknow: In Uttar Pradesh, cm Yogi Adityanath has taken a tough stand on the cases of molestation and rape of girls and women. CM Yogi Adityanath has instructed to take effective and stringent action on the safety of girls. The Yogi government is now going to launch a girl protection campaign across the state under which teams will go to schools and colleges to educate the girl child.

According to information, directions have been issued to the District Officers SSP of all the districts on behalf of UP Chief Secretary Anup Chandra Pandey. The awareness campaign will be launched from July 1, which will continue till July 31 for one month. In this drive, a team of police officers and experts from the Department of Women and Child Development will go to schools and colleges to educate the girl child.

For information, CM Yogi has decided to take a strict attitude towards crime against women who are constantly growing in the state. They have issued instructions to the police administration to take strict action against those who molest women and girls and harass them.
