New Delhi: Prime Minister Narendra Modi will flag off the world's longest river cruise Ganga Vilas from Varanasi on Friday. This grand and divine river cruise with 32 tourists from Switzerland is going to complete the journey of about 3200 km from Varanasi to Dibrugarh in Assam via Bangladesh in 51 days. 50 tourist places along with 27 rivers are going to be witnessed in the tour. Its furniture, crockery, room colors, and designs will reflect post-1960 India. The pictures of the cruise that have also been found to be seen are panoramic and offer a view of its grandeur.

Ganga Vilas Cruise, which is ready to embark on the world's longest cruise journey, is an example of a self-reliant India. The interior of the cruise has also been designed keeping in mind the culture and heritage of the country. White, pink, red, and light colors have been used in the interior. Wooden flooring and better coordination of colors are also going to be liked by tourists the most. The official voyage of the Ganga Vilas Cruise may start from September, yet the booking for the cruise has been full for the next two years.  

Ganga Cruise Director Raj Singh has said that this cruise is completely manufactured in India. There are 40 crew members from several states across the country. The length of the cruise is 62.5 meters and the width is 12.8 meters. There are a total of 18 suites for tourists to stay in. There is a 40-seater restaurant, spa room, and three sundecks. Along with this, music has also been arranged. A total of 80 passengers, including 32 tourists, have also been accommodated. A suite at Ganga Vilas has been booked for Rs 38 lakh. Many passengers have booked the suite together. In such a situation, a passenger's part has cost Rs 13 lakh. Fares are said to be different for different travel slots. The incredible Banaras package is priced at Rs 1.12 lakh. This package includes tourism from Ganga Ghat to Ramnagar. The trip will last four days.  

At the same time, the fare of a day's trip in Banaras is $300 i.e. about 25 thousand rupees. The Kolkata-Banaras package fare is 4,37,250 rupees. The fare for travel from Kolkata to Dhaka, the capital of Bangladesh, is also said to be the same. For a round trip from Kolkata to Murshidabad (8 days), you will have to pay Rs 2,92,875.

Raj Singh, director of Antara Cruises Pvt Ltd, says that the cruise has three decks. There are different facilities on all three decks. The cruise is completely eco-friendly. The waste is collected in one place and disposed of safely. High-speed diesel is being used as fuel to keep the pollution level zero. The oil spreaders installed in it prevent diesel from going into the Ganga. The cruise has the capacity to store 60 thousand liters of water.  

The official voyage of the Ganga Vilas Cruise is scheduled to start from September, yet the bookings for the cruise have been full for the next two years. Which has also been confirmed by Cruise's director Raj Singh.   According to the director, tourists are excited by the operation of the cruise in the Ganga. Foreign tourists are also coming a lot. Ganga Vilas will complete the journey from Kashi to Bogibeel, then return to Varanasi from Kolkata.
