Zaheer Khan (born on October 7, 1978) is a retired Indian cricketer who played for his country's team from 2000 to 2014. He also participated in County Cricket for Worcestershire and competes for Mumbai and Delhi Daredevils in domestic cricket in India. After Kapil Dev, he was the second-most successful Indian speed bowler in Test cricket.

Khan began his domestic playing career with Baroda. Early in his career, Khan was renowned for his aggressive pace and seam bowling, particularly his quick, inch-perfect yorkers. He relocated to England in 2006 for a brief stint with Worcestershire in an effort to hone his bowling. The best-known quality of Khan, a left-arm fast-medium bowler, was his capacity to "move the ball both ways off the wicket and swing the old ball at some pace." Khan keeps getting better at reverse-swinging the old ball. He receives plaudits for his skills in flat subcontinental fields and his handling of various cricket ball varieties.
