A 12-year old boy plans for a terrorist attack in the western Germany city of Ludwigshafen. He attempted twice for this attack one was at a local Christmas market on November 26th and second on December 5th in the areas near with explosives but both attempts had gone in vain. 

An unidentified backpack was seen in the area and was reported by the locals to police that it contains suspicious stuff.

The media reported, “The boy, born in Ludwigshafen with dual German and Iraqi nationality, was allegedly strongly radicalised and could have been instigated by the Islamic State. "
