Gorakhpur / Lucknow: The situation of flood in Gorakhpur and other eastern areas of Uttar Pradesh has remained alarming. A population of about 15 lakhs in 22 districts of the state is affected by the flood.

Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath on Saturday inspected the worst flood affected areas of Gorakhpur. Along with this, he announced to forgive the affected people's revenue and electricity bill.

Every possible help will be provided: CM Yogi According to information received from Gorakhpur, the Chief Minister Yogi went to the villages of Karamaha Arts, Karamaha Khurd, Growth, Parasuna in the flood affected areas and expressed sympathy with the flood victims. He assured that the State Government is complete with you in the hour of this disaster and every possible help would be provided.

Relief work without discrimination:

CM Yogi The Chief Minister also said that the revenue implication and electricity bill of the flood affected people will be waived. He assured the people that they will not be able to face any problem, the government is ready to help. He said that it should be ensured that no flood victims will be hungry.

The Chief Minister said that relief material should be provided to every family without discrimination. CM Yogi instructed the administrative officials to visit all the flood affected areas of the district. Its partner should ensure the relief and delivery of food items to the people. Do not delay any kind of relief in the flood affected areas.
