In the  2017 Youth Commonwealth Games held in the Bahamas, the  Indian Judokas grabbed the three bronze and one gold medal.

In the 73 kg-weight categories Soni from India defeated Nikolic by 1-0 and won the Gold medal. In the 60 kg-weight categories Ashish defeated Zain of England by 10-0 and won the bronze medal.

Antim Yadav won bronze after defeating Russell Jasmine by 2-0 in the 48 kg- weight category.Chanam Rebina Devi won the bronze medal in the 57 kg-weight categories after defeating Saskia.
