To prepare the rose syrup, we require the following ingredients-
Dry leaves of rose -100 g
Gulab water-200ml Sugar-2 kg
Water-a-half lit
Raspberry color-10 to 15 drops
Citric acid - 15 grams
Potassium Meta Bisulfite - 2 grams
After the preparation of the ingredients, it is made such that - soak the leaves of the rose in half a liter of water at night. After that filter them, separate the water, add the leaves in the remaining water and mash it, and filter the water. Make sugar syrup by adding sugar and citric acid in the water of the rose, filter the syrup. After cooling, add rose water, color, potassium meta bisulfite, keep it in clean bottles and keep them cool and dry.
