Today, in Tamil Nadu the Dravidar Munnetra Kazhagam (DMK) is holding a state wide protest against the Supreme court announcement of not declaring its decision on bull-taming sport Jallikattu before Pongal festival.
The bench of Justices Dipak Misra and R Banumathi said “unfair to ask the bench to pass an order” on Jallikattu before Saturday"
MK Stalin, DMK working president on Thursday has asked “What answers are they going to give to the people of Tamil Nadu – especially its youth – now?”.
