New Delhi: In Ajmeri Gate area of the National Capital, fire broke out at a footwear shop. The fire incident is said to be occured last evening. 

As per the reports, the Delhi Fire service officer said "We received a call about a fire breaking out in a footwear shop located in Gali No 17 in Ajmeri Gate area around 6.05 PM"

He further said that "The firetenders had difficulty getting into the narrow lanes of the area, which is why 15 firetenders were rushed so that the rescue work could be finished faster and to ensure that the fire didn't spread to other buildings".

The fire was under controlled  by the firetenders. Till now, there is no news of casuality reported.
