Obesity is the major problem which gives rise to the other diseases, not only we but, government also promoting yoga and exercises to protect human resources. Obese person have much risk of chronic health problems like blood pressure, heart diseases and all. These problems are the life time issue for human health.

According to the latest reports Palau country is in the top of list of obese countries and then Nauru. This Epidemic has seized many lives but still, awareness have to be spread.

A study says that parental obesity will prevent the growth of their children and could affect their analytical skills. Not only this, according to the study children those are fatty could die before parents. This is the most hazardous impact found in study which was first tested when children were at the age of two and then at the age of six.
