If you want a twist to your mushrooms then try this one out!!!
Ingredients
Mushrooms – 25
Onions – 2
Green chillies – 6
Capsicum – 1
Curry leaves – 1 strand
Mustard – ¼ teaspoon
Cumin powder – ¼ teaspoon
Pepper powder – 2.5 tablespoon
Ginger garlic paste – ¼ teaspoon
Salt
Cooking oil – 2 tablespoon
Method
Chop the mushrooms and wash them well.
Chop the onions, capsicum and green chillies.
In a pan, heat oil and sauté the curry leaves, onions.
Add green chillies, capsicum and fry for 3-5 minutes
In another pan, heat oil add cumin powder and mushroom and fry.
Cook till the mushroom gets tender
Add salt and the masala and mix well
Cover and cook for 3 minutes
Serve hot
