During this, Rajasthan CM Ashok Gehlot praised the people of Gujarat in front of Gautam Adani. He said that Gujaratis have always been very capable. Even before independence, they were quite capable. Let us tell you that on the one hand, Congress and Rahul Gandhi leave no chance to target Adani and call him Dhannaseth, calling him anti-poor, while Gehlot is now praising Adani as well as Gujaratis on getting investment.
During this, CM Gehlot said that Maharashtra-Gujarat has been financially prosperous from the beginning. He said that according to me the situation was different when the country became independent. States like Rajasthan had 13 MW of electricity. People did not understand what is electricity. Lightning flashed only in the palaces of the kings. CM Gehlot said that you imagine, where have we reached from. The whole country is proud of it. Today more than 23 thousand MW of electricity is produced in Rajasthan from 13 MW. He said that 24 years ago when I became CM for the first time, there were 6 universities and today there are 89 universities in the state.
At the same time, Gautam Adani, owner of Adani Group said in this summit that we have invested more than Rs 35,000 crore in many industrial areas of Rajasthan. He said that we are investing 7 thousand crores in Rajasthan. Our 10 thousand MW solar park has already started here.
