BJP IT Cell head Amit Malviya demands floor test of Ashok Gehlot govt

Jaipur: Amidst the rebellion of Rajasthan Deputy CM Sachin Pilot today, CM Ashok Gehlot has claimed absolute majority, demonstrating party power at the Congress Legislature Party meeting. At this meeting, the BJP has raised questions and demanded a floor test in the state. Amit Malviya, Chief of BJP IT Cell, targeted the Congress in the midst of the ongoing political crisis in Rajasthan.

Amit Malviya told Rajasthan CM Ashok Gehlot that if he has the numbers, he should prove his majority by conducting a majority test at the earliest. He said that if Gehlot is hiding the MLAs in the resort, then surely he does not have enough numbers and he is only postponing. The media advisor of Rajasthan CM Ashok Gehlot had informed that 107 MLAs are present in the meeting of MLAs.

Earlier, the Congress Legislature Party on Monday passed a resolution in support of CM Ashok Gehlot in Jaipur and expressed faith in the leadership of Sonia Gandhi and Rahul Gandhi. The proposal was passed at a meeting of the legislature party held at the official residence of CM Gehlot. Congress and its supporting independents and other MLAs were present in the meeting. Party sources claimed that in total 107 MLAs attended this important meeting.
