New Delhi: Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal on Saturday refused to talk about the ever-increasing pollution in the capital. In fact, Kejriwal had gone to visit the Sri Salasar Balaji Dham temple in Rajasthan. Here he offered prayers to Lord Balaji. Kejriwal tweeted that 'Today is the wedding anniversary. With the entire family, He visited Lord Bajrangbali Ji at Shri Salasar Balaji Dham Temple and took blessings.' While Delhi suffers choking air pollution and a toxic Yamuna, Kejriwal, the man responsible for it, is happily gallivanting in cleaner pastures, a luxury not available to common Delhiites. On the other hand, the BJP has attacked the Delhi government over Kejriwal's attitude. BJP leader Amit Malviya targeted Kejriwal and tweeted, "When Delhi is battling air pollution and foam in the Yamuna. On the other hand, the person responsible for all this is happily roaming around in a clean place, a luxury that is not available to the general public of Delhi. When asked about pollution in Delhi, they left comfortably. Malviya further wrote that today the AQI in Delhi was 500. The issue of pollution in Delhi-NCR was heard in the apex court. In the meantime, the court expressed displeasure. The Supreme Court slammed the Central government in the case, asking it to impose a two-day lockdown in Delhi if possible, but control pollution. Kejriwal convened an emergency meeting on pollution after a hearing in the apex court.
