BJP corporator wrote letter from blood to collector, know what's the whole matter

Lucknow: In Bahraich district of Uttar Pradesh, BJP Backward Class District President and nominated councillor of Municipal Council Sanjay Kumar Jaiswal has again written a letter in blood on the complaint made to the Collector regarding rigging in Chikkipura ward reservation. He has warned that if action is not taken, he will protest by coming to the road.

The nominated member alleges that in order to benefit the Samajwadi Party, the EO and some of the councillors have rigged the Chikkipura ward to convert from the backward class to the general category. While there are 1620 backward class voters in this ward. A member has taken Rs 2 lakh for this rigging. He asked why action was not taken on his complaint. Being a BJP worker, he will fight against this rigging in his government by coming out on the road. 

He said that in a day or two I will go to the EO office and cut my vein and show that the blood of backwards is not so bad. Bahraich EO Municipal Council Balmukund Mishra said that the survey report has been prepared by the employees, and I have no interference in it. The allegation of the nominated member regarding reservation is baseless.
