New Delhi: In order to prevent infection of Vaivik Mahamari Corona, Indian Railways is taking several steps keeping in mind the safety of passengers. Under this, North Central Railway (NCR) has introduced a boarding pass like airport at Prayagraj railway station to promote contactless ticket checking. With this, Prayagraj Junction has become the first such station of North Central Railway, where the facility of boarding pass has been started by the Railways. In fact, to prevent the infection of Corona virus, Railways are constantly trying to keep passengers and railwaymen safe by using the latest technology. For this, an automatic QR code-based ticket scanning system has also been implemented at Prayagraj Junction. Chief Public Relations Officer (CPRO) of North Central Railway Ajit Kumar Singh has told that boarding facility like airport has been started at Prayagraj railway station. Passengers arriving at the station first had one with four new check-in counters. Is taken to the boarding hall. These counters are completely contactless. According to the news agency ANI, under the contactless ticket checking facility, four counters have been made for the ticket checking of passengers who started the journey from Prayagraj railway station. Ticket checking staff will check the ticket through PNR / QR code. Passengers will have to show their ID and tickets through the camera on the counter. Which will be visible to both the traveler and the ticket checking staff from the dual display.
