Lucknow: Congress's difficulty in Uttar Pradesh bus dispute does not seem to be diminishing. Uttar Pradesh Congress unit president Ajay Lallu has been released, but Priyanka Gandhi's personal secretary Sandeep Singh will still have to spend days in jail. On Friday, the Lucknow bench of the High Court to hear the bail petition has not given any relief to them after hearing the debate.

The court has also summoned the report from the government and has fixed June 29 for the next hearing. An FIR was registered on Sandeep in the case of misappropriation in the list of one thousand buses meant for migrant laborers. Although on the 17th, Uttar Pradesh Congress State unit president Ajay Kumar Lallu was released from jail after a full 29 days, but Sandeep Singh will still have to remain in jail.

On May 16, Congress General Secretary Priyanka Gandhi had said that thousands of Mazdoor, migrant brothers and sisters are walking towards their homes, carrying the problems of hungry and thirsty foot around the world without eating. There are many laborers on every border of UP. In such a situation, Priyanka sought permission from the state government to send 1000 buses for migrant laborers. The Yogi government had earlier rejected this demand, but later accepted it. After this, the administration of Uttar Pradesh government had demanded 1000 buses and driver details from Priyanka's office.

The UP government alleges that auto, ambulance, bike numbers were found in the list of buses. The number of some buses could not be verified. While the number of some buses was also suspected of stolen vehicle. In this case, the FIR was registered by the Hazratganj police of Lucknow.
