Vijay Mallya's 'Bad Days' Begin, UK High Court Rejects Plea To Appeal Against Extradition Order In SC

London: Fugitive liquor businessman Vijay Mallya has suffered a major setback. The High Court of England has rejected Mallya's petition to apply to the Supreme Court. After this decision, all legal paths of Mallya have been closed, and now he can be extradited to India within 28 days.

After the petition is dismissed by the High Court, the London Home Office will begin the process of extradition. Now Mallya has no legal option left in England. The High Court has already dismissed Mallya's plea against extradition. Prior to this decision, liquor businessman Vijay Mallya congratulated the central government on the announcement of PM Narendra Modi's economic relief package during the corona epidemic, and said that now the government should withdraw all the money from it.

Vijay Mallya had said in a tweet that, 'I congratulate the government on the relief package amid Corona virus crisis. They can print as much money as they want, but they should ignore a small collaborator like me who wants to return all the money of State Bank. Mallya wrote that take all the money from me unconditionally and end the case.
