Moradabad: The police has filed a charge sheet in the court against 11 neighbors of MP Azam Khan in the cases filed against the land of Johar Trust of Rampur in Uttar Pradesh. At the time of investigating the cases, the police also included the names of all the office bearers and members of the trust. Police issued notice to all of them under Section 41 (a). Police has filed several cases regarding the land of Johar Trust. 26 farmers of Aliyaganj had filed separate cases in the Azimnagar police station to take possession of their land. Apart from this, a separate case was filed on behalf of the administration. In these cases, MP Azam and his nearest former CO Ale Hassan were accused in these cases. The police formed a special investigation team (SIT) to investigate these cases. Due to the deliberations of the cases, the names of all those who are officials or members of the Johar Trust were included in the SIT. All these were issued notices by the police. Now the police has put a charge sheet against 11 people in this case. SP Shagun Gautam has confirmed the charge sheet against 11 people.
